Leslie Custalow, Producer
Leslie has been working as a Producer and Editor since 1991. A consummate diplomat with near photographic recall, Leslie wickedly welds an editor's red pen without offending. Working in both print and video, Leslie has been responsible for the organization and execution of editorial and advertising assignments across the US and overseas. Managing large casts and crews, Leslie keeps one eye on the bottom line and the other on “the big picture.”
To satisfy her desire to follow projects from inception to conclusion, Leslie organized VGO Productions, LLC in 2007. Bringing together creative, talented individuals that are passionate about storytelling, in all forms of media, is the driving force behind the VGO vision.
Leslie is currently producing and editing two documentary projects: the acquisition of the first flight worthy, civilian owned Sea Harrier jet, and the Cold War activities of the 46th /72nd Reconnaisance squadron. In addition to these ongoing projects, she is producing The Sailor Bob Story, a documentary tribute to a Virginia television icon, which should debut in early 2011.
